Artist Relationship Concerns

If a channel receives genuine artist complaints about the use of the artist's content on the channel, they may reserve the right to remove it to preserve the channel's relationship with the artist.

Such content removal shall be solely at the channel's discretion and it will be notified to our Support Team. Provided the supply of that content is deemed as legitimate, no strike will be applied against the applicable label.

Content Causing Damage to a Channel Brand

Channels reserve the right to remove from their services any content that can be in any manner harmful to the channel, its brand, or users.

Channels also reserve the right to apply a strike against the providing label if they deem it justified. If any content is taken down, the channel normally informs our Support Team about it, its reason, and whether the takedown has resulted in a strike or not against the applicable label.

Manipulation of Streams and Charts

Any tracks found to have suspicious streaming activity, including potential artificial manipulation of streams, shall be notified to the provider or Admin and may be immediately removed from the service pending investigation by the channel's legal team in consultation with the content provider.

Cultural Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable about local regulations and cultural sensitivities. Content must be legal and appropriate for the country or region where cleared, otherwise, it can be hidden by the DSPs.

Public Domain Content

At the channels' discretion, recordings less than 90 years old that by operation of law may fall into the public domain in some territories may not be treated as public domain recordings. Such recordings will be treated as protected by their last applicable copyright in a relevant territory.
